Smart Home Automation System for Energy Efficiency

Designed and implemented an intelligent home automation system for a student dormitory to reduce energy waste while maintaining user comfort. The solution combined real-time sensing, automated actuation, and user override controls.

Built with Simulink simulation and Arduino deployment, the system used temperature, humidity, rain, and motion sensing to drive automated lighting, appliance switching, and window control.

Smart Factory Process Optimization using BPMN 2.0 (Camunda)

Developed a digitized smart factory model to transform legacy workflows into an Industry 4.0 aligned system. The project redesigned quality inspection and maintenance management using BPMN 2.0 in Camunda.

The solution replaced manual checks with sensor-based controls, introduced predictive maintenance, and structured process decisions through gateways, automation triggers, and logging.
